Il giorno 13 Settembre 2007 , alle ore 18:00 , nella Residenza Municipale di Castrocaro Terme e Terra del Sole, si è riunita la Giunta Comunale, convocata nelle forme e nei termini di legge.

Given the minutes of the meeting of the parents of the nursery "The Coccinella” tenutasi in data 04.09.2007 dal quale risultano i seguenti nominativi dei genitori eletti a nuovi rappresentanti del Consiglio di Gestione che anche per quest’anno scolastico saranno 4 poiché sono state istituite n. 2 sezioni:

Visto che con delibera consiliare n. 37 del 07.06.2007 avente ad oggetto “Nomina di due consiglieri comunali facenti parte del Comitato di Gestione dell’Asilo Nido Comunale per the period from 08.06.2007 to 31.08.2008 have been appointed the two members of the majority and minority representatives in the persons of kids and GABRIELE MENGOZZI MARTA;

felt obliged to provide for the establishment of the Management Board as required by Municipal Regulations in force

Given the favorable opinion on the technical correctness of this resolution expressed by the Head of Service under Article 49 of Legislative Decree No. 267/2000;
