OGGETTO: APPROVAZIONE PERIZIA DI SPESA PER INTERVENTI DI POTATURE ED ABBATTIMENTI NEL TERRITORIO COMUNALE.

APPROVAZIONE PERIZIA DI SPESA PER INTERVENTI DI POTATURE ED ABBATTIMENTI NEL TERRITORIO COMUNALE
LA GIUNTA COMUNALE
Premesso:
- che nella notte del 16/12/2006 è caduto un platano in Viale Marconi senza che questo presentasse sintomi evidenti di malattia;
- che da segnalazioni della Prefettura di Forlì-Cesena e del Comando Vigili Fire Forlì, is an urgent need to provide for securing and / or demolition of street trees;

- the determination of the charge of Spatial Planning - Public Works n.30 01.09.2007 the expenditure commitment and trust in the company of the work of Project Green "Evaluation of stability and census of trees in the municipality";

Given that it is necessary to establish a maintenance schedule of the arboreal heritage of the country;
Recalling determining head of Spatial Planning - Public Works No 121 of 20.07.2007 the company's expectations of the work of Project Green "Evaluation of stability, census of trees in the municipality 2nd phase and oversee the works";
acknowledged that the municipal authorities requested this service to prepare a report of expenditure for the purpose of making safe of trees that question;
Given the appraisal prepared by the Surveyor. Emilio Aquilino for the work of "pruning and removals in the municipal area, which involves a total expenditure of € 100,000.00.
Having considered the report that deserves approval.

- il regolamento dei lavori, servizi e forniture in economia approvato con delibera del Consiglio comunale n. 68 del 29/09/05
- la propria delibera n. 20 del 22/03/07 dettante i criteri applicativi del nuovo codice dei contratti pubblici.
Con voto unanime espresso per alzata di mano;
DELIBERA
1) Di approvare la perizia di spesa redatta dal Geom. Emilio Aquilino, responsabile dell’Area Assetto del Territorio-Lavori Pubblici, per i lavori di “Potature ed abbattimenti nel territorio comunale” comportante una spesa complessiva di € 100.000,00 come si deduce dal seguente quadro economico;
composta dei seguenti elaborati:
- Relazione tecnico-descrittiva;
- Computo Metrico Estimativo;
- Capitolato Speciale d’Appalto;
- Scheme of contracts;
Green Project: survey and thematic investigations of stability
- technical specifications and list prices;
- Technical report;
- blueprints;
- Records of Survey;
- Records data collection VTA visual and instrumental
- Annex 1;
2) to commit the necessary amount of budget in the following chapters that present necessary coverage, namely:

3) Di riversare la somma di € 1381,70 relativa agli incentivi previsti dall’art. 92, D. Legislative Decree No. 163/2006 and subsequent amendments in the relevant section of the entry provided for in Title 3 ° cap. 370 which corresponds to the intervention at the expense 1.01.06.01 cap. 203 "Incentives to staff engineering department."
4) To give note that this measure is also contextual act committing the sum of € 1,381.70 on the cap. 203 as a necessary step leading to the establishment and availability of willing as the point of this device.
5) To give note that the Head of Spatial Planning - Public Works, with specific results, will identify the end of the contract of its form, its essential terms, and the method of contractor selection in accordance with applicable national and municipal contract laws;
6) Send a copy of this resolution to the heads of offices Accounting for technical and further follow-up of competence;
7) to declare, in view of the urgency, with separate unanimous vote, this act immediately enforceable pursuant to art. 134 paragraph 4 of Decree 267/00.
Article. 49, paragraph 1 of TUEL, is expressed favorable opinion on the regularity technique.
