programmatic THE ACTIONS AND PROJECTS TO BE IMPLEMENTED IN THE COURSE OF OFFICE 2007-2012
Councillors Gentlemen, Citizens,
In compliance with art. 46, third paragraph, of the Consolidation Act on the organization of local
approved by Legislative Decree No 267 del 18 agosto 2000 e dell’art. 23, terzo comma del nostro Statuto, presento al Consiglio le linee programmatiche relative alle azioni ed ai progetti che vorremmo realizzare nel corso del nostro mandato.
Questa sera mi limito alla lettura del documento predisposto e condiviso con la Giunta e la
maggioranza, per la sua presa d’atto da parte dei Consiglieri, poiché ai sensi di quanto disposto
dallo Statuto, la discussione per l’approvazione è prevista in una successiva seduta consiliare da tenersi entro il prossimo mese di ottobre.
Il nostro programma è nato dal confronto con i cittadini, attraverso gli incontri svolti con le
Associazioni di categoria, gli operatori economici, il mondo del volontariato, Associations

Per il territorio di Terra del Sole, di Pieve Salutare e Castrocaro Terme l’agricoltura ha
rappresentato l’attività economica prevalente fino all’affermazione definitiva del termalismo, è
convinzione comune, quindi anche nostra, che sia indispensabile la valorizzazione dei nostri
prodotti tipici agroalimentari.
Nonostante il progressivo abbandono, ancor oggi esiste un reticolo di medie e piccole aziende
agricole, se ne contano circa 130.
La qualità di un territorio e delle sue caratteristiche fondamentali rappresenta un elemento

I contatti riprenderanno in autunno onde definire tipologia, modalità e oneri dell'intervento per i quali l'Assessore Regionale Bruschini si è dichiarato disponibile ad individuare finanziamenti.

iniziare dal festival delle Voci Nuove, per il quale, secondo noi, è indispensabile riattivare il
collegamento col festival di San Remo, come è importante dilatare i tempi di svolgimento
· (stagionalità) nel nostro comune e allargare l’ambito delle manifestazioni che possono essere
legate alla musica;
· Sostenere e promuovere manifestazioni come Librincontro, Palio di Santa Reparata, Incontro
di cori, Tacabanda, Rievocazioni storiche, Falconeria, Rassegna Migliori Diplomati d’Italia,
corso di perfezionamento Marco Allegri al quale intendiamo dare una maggiore visibilità in
quanto si tratta di una manifestazione molto qualificante e di rilevanza nazionale
· da ritrovare e/o inventare: fiera di San Rocco, festa del forestiero, rally delle colline, centri mini basket, premio di pittura ‘Alieto Ragazzini’, concorso di fiabe, riattivare il rapporto di
collaborazione con la Giunti Editore, specializzata nei settori arte, storia, architettura ed editoria per bambini, ecc… teatro estivo, concerti e altre possibili iniziative/momenti di spettacolo o intrattenimento

Istituire un osservatorio sui centri storici per studiare, analizzare e risolvere i problemi del settore:
sfruttare al massimo la fruizione turistica e culturale degli spazi disponibili
individuare una soluzione gestionale adeguata per tutte le aree disponibili: messa in sicurezza

Per questo occorre:
· istituire consulte con la partecipazione volontaria dei cittadini
· garantire formazione professionale al personale dipendente
