suppurative phase of an anal fistula, when that is producing pus so abundant, it should be followed as indicated under the abscess, when instead of rest, will take the Silica 15 CH, a rate of 3 granules twice a day, even for a long time, in combination with any other remedies chosen among those listed below:
Nitricum Acidum 7 CH: 5 pellets 2 times a day: presence of fissures, dense in pain as if there were a splinter during defecation.
Causticum 7 CH: same dose: the walls of the fistula very thickened and hardened, with dull pain as if there was a plague.
Fluoricum Acidum 7 CH: same assay: use in the presence of fistula, which also targets the bone, with burning pain that improve with the cold. Trace elements
will use alternating every two days for a dose of manganese, cobalt, manganese, and sulfur, or use 1 scoop daily with 2.5 ml of a mixture of 20 ml oxiprolinati composed of zinc (the single most important mineral for the skin), MN 10 ml, 10 ml copper, cobalt and 10 ml 10 ml Pidobase.
